How does shipping work?
Your order ships as soon as it is confirmed, by tracked Colissimo (€4.99). We currently deliver within Europe.
Do I need a subscription to use the app?
The app is free in Athlete mode: your profile, your times, the training your coach shares with you, your RPE after each session. Coach mode is unlocked by the VSRUN Pro subscription: several athletes, groups, assigned times, shared training, load monitoring. One year of VSRUN Pro comes free with every S1.
Which phones is the app compatible with?
The app runs on iOS 17.6 or later and Android 8 or later.
How many athletes can I time at once?
Ten timing interfaces run in parallel on a single S1, each holding up to 999 splits. You move between them with the joystick.
What if I am not satisfied?
You have the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal: send the S1 back and you are refunded. Return shipping is at your expense.
Do you equip clubs and organisations?
Yes. Clubs, federations, schools and sports science departments, laboratories: tell us what you need and how many units, and we will prepare a quote.
